Redeeming Coupons

Currently, coupons cannot be redeemed during the regular check-out process.

Simply follow these easy steps to redeem your coupon.

1. Complete the check-out process as normal, taking note of your order number at the end.

2. E-mail us at customerservice@caninecachet.com quoting your order number and the number of the coupon you wish to redeem.


Your order will have the appropriate adjustments made to it before your credit card is billed.
You will recieve an e-mail confirming the reciept of your coupon, and showing the new total that will be charged to your credit card.
